Hotfix Version 1.3.1 released for ATS random events mod

Hello All

Today i am releasing a small hotfix version to fix an issue with the latest version of the ATS Random Events mod.

Changes in V1.3.1:

Fix issue where invisible wall would sometimes appear on hard shoulder roadwork events.

Can you get rid of the drain plate in the roads. They belong in the cities and towns.

Hi David I complete agree that they belong in the cities and towns and shouldn't appear outside of these areas however since the 1.40 update I am no longer able to restrict events to only appear in cities and towns therefore I have had to compromise and have these events be able to appear outside of the cities and towns.
