Events on single lane roads and in city areas

In the next version of my random events mod you will see more events on single lane roads and also in the city areas.

I hope to release the next version of my random events mod shortly after 1.37 is out of beta (with the ATS 1.37 beta recently started i am expecting the ETS2 1.37 beta to start soon).
